Payment & Cancellation Agreement

Hotel Beau-Rivage – Max Julen AG

By proceeding with a reservation and clicking to accept our Booking Terms & Conditions, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the following payment and cancellation policies:

1. Non-Refundable Bookings

• Reservations made under a Non-Refundable Rate are final.

• Such bookings cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

• The full amount of the reservation will be charged as agreed at the time of booking.

2. Standard Bookings

• Standard Rate reservations may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

• Cancellations or modifications made within 7 days of arrival, or in the case of a no-show, will result in charges according to the applicable rate conditions, up to the full amount of the stay.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the booking process, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these payment and cancellation conditions, which are binding upon confirmation of the reservation.
