•	All our rooms have a balcony and are equipped with bath/shower, WC, radio, minibar, safe, telephone, TV (55 channels and teletext) and hair-dryer.
•	The prices are per person/day incl. breakfast and taxes.
•	Children under 6 years are free of charge in the parent’s room.
•	Over holidays as Christmas and New Year, prices upon request.
•	Cancellation policy is 21 days in advance. If you cancel your reservation less than 21 days before your date of arrival we will charge 3 nights, by less than 14 days 4 nights and by less than 7 days 90% according to your reservation.
•	The hotel is closed from beginning of may until the end of june, and from the beginning of October until the end of November.
